Participant Agreement

Additional terms for NDIS participants on FindMySupport

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, "Platform", "Participant", "Provider", and "Services" have the meanings given in the General Terms of Use.

2. Platform Role

2.1 FindMySupport operates a technology platform that helps Participants find and connect with Providers.

2.2 FindMySupport does not provide disability supports and does not employ, supervise, or control Providers.

3. Choosing Providers

3.1 The Participant is responsible for deciding whether a Provider is suitable for their needs.

3.2 The Participant is encouraged to ask questions, check credentials, and satisfy themselves before engaging a Provider.

4. No Guarantee

4.1 FindMySupport does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or outcomes of any Services provided by Providers.

5. Agreements with Providers

5.1 Any agreement for Services is formed directly between the Participant and the Provider.

5.2 FindMySupport is not a party to that agreement and does not manage or control the Services.

6. Disputes

6.1 Any dispute regarding Services should be raised directly with the Provider.

6.2 FindMySupport may provide tools to report concerns but is not responsible for resolving service disputes.

7. Reviews and Content

7.1 Reviews and ratings reflect individual experiences and do not represent endorsements or guarantees by FindMySupport.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMySupport is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from:

  • Services provided by Providers; or
  • interactions between the Participant and Providers.

9. Termination

9.1 The Participant may close their account at any time, subject to any outstanding obligations.

9.2 FindMySupport may suspend or terminate accounts in accordance with the Terms of Use.

10. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
