No. We never take commissions from your NDIS funding. All payments for services go directly between you and your provider.
Can I use NDIS funding to pay for the subscription?
This depends on your plan and plan manager. Platform access fees may be covered under Improved Life Choices or Capacity Building. Check with your plan manager or support coordinator.
Why is it free for participants?
We believe participants should be able to find and connect with providers without any barrier. The platform is funded through provider subscriptions.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
